SUITS. launches SUITS.Connect

This week SUITS. Executive Search is launching a new programme for recruitment to middle management and specialist positions: SUITS.Connect.

The goal is to open up options to selected candidates while also offering quick, attractive solutions to SUITS. clients.

The focal point of this new service is an online platform where clients of the consultancy gain access to highly qualified specialists and managers who are open to a career move. The platform will only feature potential candidates selected by SUITS. who have explicitly agreed to participate. SUITS. clients have constant access to the password-protected domain, where all current profiles are displayed without disclosing the participants’ identities. If the client is interested in particular profiles and we receive a positive reaction from the candidate, our advisors will put the two sides in contact. In case a candidate is successfully recruited, SUITS. will be entitled to a fee.

The SUITS.Connect programme is offered free of charge to SUITS. Executive Search clients and is also open to a few selected partners in return for a nominal fee.

SUITS. was founded in Munich in 2016 and is a specialist in finding and selecting top-level specialists and managers in the international fashion and lifestyle business.
