The basis of our work is a detailed job profile, which we create after an in-depth briefing. This job profile takes into account not only the current but also the future requirements resulting from market developments as well as the cultural context of the company. This is where our many years of industry expertise pay off.

We make an informed recommendation. We not only see the current position of candidates, but also their potential. We use specially developed tools for this purpose. With SUITS.Diagnostics, we integrate procedures of psychological aptitude diagnostics into our selection processes. This includes an obligatory personality test which supports the consultants’ professional and personal assessment and thus provides an additional decision-making aid. Upon request, we also obtain references.
Candidates receive a separate report and detailed personal feedback on their individual profile: an added value that makes a difference – also in the interest of our clients.
We work systematically and efficiently. Regular status reports ensure maximum transparency. We always maintain binding contact with candidates during the process and ensure an optimal candidate journey. We organise all appointments and travel. At the end of each search, our clients receive a meaningful project report that provides an overview of the project’s progress and allows conclusions to be drawn about its attractiveness on the candidate market.
We generally agree on a fixed fee. We charge a flat fee for C-level positions. This fee reflects the market situation and the degree of difficulty of a search as well as the size of the company and the potential value contribution of a position. We only work on an exclusive retainer basis and not on a contingency basis. We only accept mandates that we can fulfil.
Natascha von Laffert started her career in 1994 for the international strategic services of French television group TF1 in Paris, from where she moved to the German operations of Viacom’s TV channel Nickelodeon. In 1997 Natascha joined the Axel Springer Group, where she was instrumental for the development of the company’s international activities. In 2002 she joined Condé Nast International to become responsible for strategic partnerships and license activities in Europe, CEE, Africa and MEA.
In 2016 she joined the international investors network of btov, one of Europe’s largest VC firms. Within this context Natascha is also a regular speaker and co-host of initiatives bringing together young entrepreneurs and investors. She is equally passionate about the future of education, having enrolled herself in 2020 into the German Government Covid19 Programme of Team Teaching. Natascha is a graduate from ESCP Europe and member of its international student recruitment jury and the talent excellence programme. Ever since the start of her career she has mentored and business-angled students, graduates, young professionals and founders. Natascha is equally an avid writer of essays and articles.
