SUITS. starts “Made to Measure”
Made-to-measure is SUITS’ comprehensive management assessment. The program serves as an assessment of top Management qualifications. The personality of the participants and the cognitive abilities – verbal and linguistic-logical thinking – which are critical to success for managers are recorded.
SUITS. uses the internationally recognized measurement method OPQ32, which provides detailed information on 32 specific personality traits that have a proven impact on work performance. Bundled into eight competencies – leading & deciding, supporting & cooperating, interacting & presenting, analysing & interpreting, designing & conceptualising, organising & executing, adapting & coping, thinking entrepreneurially & acting performance-oriented – the test designed in forced-choice format provides information about potential and possible pitfalls for the participants.
The OPQ32 is supplemented by a potential analysis. Verify assessments measure the ability to recognize and apply rules and relationships. It is about drawing logical conclusions from complex verbal and numerical information in the form of tables and diagrams. In addition, the ability to find relevant information against the background of changing questions is measured. It is a potential analysis for all activities that require a concentrated analysis of information and data.
Finally participants pass through the SUITS. Executive Interview, a partially structured, non-directive interview that goes hand in hand with the OPQ competencies. Here the special focus is on the previously defined specific competencies. The SUITS. Executive Interview consists of four parts, lasts ABOUT two hours and is conducted by two experienced consultants.
The assessment takes ABOUT four hours. The methods meet the psychological quality criteria (validity, reliability, objectivity) and are designed in accordance with DIN 33430.
Clients receive an individual SUITS. Executive Assessment Report – a detailed report on the participant, which integrates the results and relates them to the concrete question. This includes management recommendations and information on potentials and fields of development. Candidates receive personal feedback on their results.
